Conditions of Use

We ask that you use our sizing guide to obtain your exact measurements and we will contact you should we require any additional body measurements pertaining to your style choice. Our “Fit Guarantee” ensures that should your garment not fit, you may return it for an exchange of size. You pay postage costs for the return and we will pay to have your garment posted back to you.

We pay all freight charges within Australia on orders over $100. Returns are not included.

We take great care to ensure your garments and accessories arrive in perfect condition, but should any damage occur in transit, we will replace the damaged item upon its return to us.

All items are carefully checked for any faulty parts or workmanship and we will replace any such faulty garment or accessory upon their return to us.

Garments sent by post will naturally require pressing prior to wearing and we suggest you have this done professionally.
